Martti sole-founded a proptech company called HAUSING (www.hausing.ee). He led it from problem identification to first paying customers. Along the way, he was the product person validating its concept with early adopters & customers, raised pre-seed funding (ca 750k), managed up to 6 people, acquired a competitor, was first salesman, marketeer, finance person, HR, and pretty much everything else. Over years he also has become one of spokesman in Estonia regarding property technology.
